Progam

Get Fit Boot camp is a program for all fitness levels and ages so regardless of your fitness abilities, the program will cater to your fitness level. Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants must arrive on time. There is also a 2, 3, and 4-day per week option.
 
During these times, you can expect core conditioning, functional training, short distance running, resistance training, stretching, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, yoga, etc.
 
The classes will be held at Rock Canyon Park in Provo (2620 N 1200 E). Kjell teaches both classes, but other instructors will make appearances from time to time.
 
The purpose of this boot camp is to help others reach their fitness goals. Whether that is to lose those extra pounds, get in shape, feel healthy, or gain strength. Your body will become stronger, healthier, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! You will make a spectacular improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet other wonderful people who share similar goals for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.
 
At Get Fit Boot Camp, Kjell tries to make every day different. Each day begins with a warm up that includes stretching, then the meat of the workout which may include running, weight lifting, jumping, relay races, obstacle course, hill runs, hiking, etc. Then we'll conclude with a cool down that involves more stretching. By the end of the week you will have worked every part of your body. You will have been through the type of conditioning that will have you feeling powerful, healthy and more confident.
